Consistency in terminology and phraseology is a company priority. We maintain files of past translations both electronically and on paper so that translators can easily refer to them at any time. We diligently store detailed notes on client styles and preferences, which act as a reminder for translators. We've also embedded our preferences in terminology, grammar and style in our word-processing systems.
